The Masterworks Chorale continues its fine tradition of providing excellent music education
to young people through their annual Children's Chorus Summer Camp to be held August 10-14 at Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville, Illinois. Summer Camp 2009 is open to all students who love to sing and are between the ages of 6 and 18. No audition is necessary. Participants are divided into choirs based upon age and experience, with each choir conducted by professional musicians and music educators.

The camp will run Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm and end with a public concert of Disney’s "Cinderella Kids" on Friday, August 14th at 6:30pm. A typical day at camp includes vocal coaching, choir rehearsals in age-appropriate groups, large group singing, lunch (provided) and recreation.

Cost to attend Summer Camp 2009  is $100 per singer which includes all music and instruction,
t-shirt, lunch and daily recreation. Space is limited; please register early.
